Notes: Brocco is an American thoroughbr ed horse that was foaled on March 2, 1991 in Florida. Sired by Kris S and mare Anytime Ms., Brocco raced in 1993 for his owner in California and clinched the winning title in the first two races. Brocco ended the session by his second place finish in December’s Hollywood Futurity. In the next year, Brocco took part in racing four times and finished second in the San Felipe Stakes but clinched victory in the most important race for three year olds in California , the Grade I Santa Anita Derby. After that, Brocco was sent to Churchill Downs, where he finished fourth in the Kentucky Derby. At present, Brocco is at Lex Stud in Japan. Some of his offspring include Jostle that has won a number of stakes races including the Grade I Coaching Club American Oaks and Alabama Stakes.
