Notes: Wild Again is a popular thoroughbr ed racehorse of the North America origin. He was trained by Vincent Timphony and was bred by Paule Little. His sire Icecapade was a great sprinter during his own days; dam Bushel-N-P eck had some remarkable wins in the stakes races also. But the popularity of Wild Again rests upon his own performanc e in 1984 — he is the first to clinch Breeders’ Cup Classic Win over Slew o’Gold and Gate Dancer. Throughout his four-year racing career, Wild Again ran in twenty-eig ht races with a record of winning eight and placing seven times and the third spot in four occasions. Besides winning the first Breeders’ Cup Classic, he has posted winning titles in Grade I Meadowland s Cup Handicap, the Grade II Oaklawn Handicap and the Grade II New Orleans Handicap. After his retirement from racing, Wild Again stood at Three Chimneys Farm and became a successful sire.
