The Canadian International Stakes is a grade I horseracing meet that is run for thoroughbred fillies and mares with an age group of three and up capable of racing one and half miles on the left handed turf track of Woodbine Racetrack, Canada. The race was started in 1938 as ‘The Long Branch Championship’. This racing meet became part of the Emirates World Series Racing Championship in 1999.
