NEW YORK (AP) - Belmont Park canceled the Thursday card and all on-track simulcasting because of heavy rain and high winds in the New York area. The track continued to offer simulcast wagering on out-of-town tracks through its phone and internet systems.
Racing is expected to resume Friday.
