Notes: Fly So Free is a reputed thoroughbr ed American racehorse, which is a grandson of US Racing Hall of Fame inductee Damascus. It was in 1990, when Fly So Free started itâs career as a successful two-year-o ld and showed some marvelous wins in the Breedersâ Cup Juvenile. In the next season, he ranked as a top contender for the US Triple Crown series of races. Through his spirit of racing, he managed to win in the 1991âs Hutcheson Stakes, the Fountain of Youth Stakes and then the Florida Derby. Fly So Free was favorite among other thoroughbr eds of the season because of itâs power and swiftness. When he was four, he had only a couple of good race, unless otherwise the entire season was of no good for him. He earned the second spot in the 1992 Pimlico Special. At five, Fly So Free clinched victory in the Fall Highweight Handicap at Aqueduct Racetrack. In September 21, 2003, Fly So Free died of heart failure and was buried at Three Chimneys Farm.
